Corcoran Guild

Corcoran Guild was organized in 1950. In their early years, Corcoran channeled all their efforts toward sponsoring the annual Corcoran Rodeo. More than 4,000 people from throughout the valley attended, including rodeo celebrities of the time.

They then moved on to an annual dinner dance with cabanas around the swimming pool of the Salyer home. This event was known as “Cotton Under the Stars.”

Now the Corcoran Guild holds their annual Kids Day in the Park every September. This event was created to include children as well as adults. Supporters of Children’s Hospital attend and enjoy a day of entertainment, food, games, face painting and police and fire safety.

Membership is open to all who live in Corcoran and the surrounding area. To learn more about Corcoran Guild, please contact the Guild Office.
