David R. Singh

David Singh is Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Children’s Hospital Central California. David joined Children’s in 2008 with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, performance improvement, and business processing reengineering. Prior to joining Children’s Hospital, David ran his own independent consulting practice targeting firms seeking strategic and financial healthcare management expertise. Previous appointments include serving as chief financial officer and compliance officer at Fresno Heart Hospital. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer at Saint Agnes Medical Center. David has also held project management, financial analyst and accountant positions at a number of companies.

David has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
