Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Autumn Clos joined the Charlie Mitchell Children’s Center in September 2011 to provide complex primary care.

Dr. Clos comes to us from North Country Healthcare where she served as a general pediatrician in Kingman, Ariz. She brings about 20 years’ medical experience to Children’s. Her career includes serving as a pediatric pulmonologist at Sparrow Regional Children’s Center in Lansing, Mich. Previously she served as a member of the respiratory course faculty at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and as associate professor, Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, both in East Lansing, Mich. She also worked in private practice as a general pediatrician at Mason Pediatrics in Mason, Mich.

Dr. Clos earned her medical degree from the College of Human Medicine, Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and Sparrow Regional Children’s Center, in Lansing, Mich. She did her fellowship in pediatric pulmonary at The University of Arizona in Tuscon, Ariz. She is board eligible in pediatric pulmonary.

Dr. Clos is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a member of Specialty Medical Group.

Active in the community, Dr. Clos served on the Mohave County Children’s Action Committee and as a faculty presenter for numerous Continuing Medical Education conferences on asthma for physicians, nurses and other caregivers.
