Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric critical care medicine, Dr. Adam Holmes is the Vice Chair of the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at Children’s Hospital Central California.
Dr. Holmes also was a research fellow at the University of Texas-Southwestern and at the Cardiovascular Research Institute at the University of California, San Francisco. He has been published in professional journals including Pharmaceutical Research and Gene.
A graduate from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine, Dr. Holmes completed his residency at UCSF. He completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care at the University of Texas-Southwestern, where he was Chief Fellow.
An active member in the community, Dr. Holmes was a volunteer at the UCSF Homeless Clinic, coordinator of the Southeast Health Center Community Health Fair and a volunteer with Vision Youthz High-Risk Youth Program.
