Proposition 3 has passed! On November 4, California voters made a huge statement supporting access to health care for our state’s most critically ill children by passing Proposition 3, the Children’s Hospital Bond Act.  The outcome was the result of a lot of hard work, and we want to thank everyone who helped propel Prop 3 to victory.
