Valley Children’s Hospital’s partnership with the Family Practice Residency Program at Mercy Medical Center Merced brings specialized pediatric medical training to physicians, clinical staff and allied health professionals in Merced. Courses take place on the first Thursday of every month at the Mercy Merced campus and are available to healthcare professional at the hospital and from the community. Pediatric subspecialists from Valley Children’s focus on recognition and stabilization of pediatric patients as well as the diagnosis and management of pediatric patients in a general acute care hospital. Information on educational credits will be provided in monthly reminders when each course is finalized.
