Dr. Michael Adeleye joined Valley Children’s as an anesthesiologist in 2023.
His passion for working in pediatrics is evident in his prior experience as a volunteer at Garnet Ridge Family Support Center in Georgia, where he tutored children in English and Spanish. He also previously volunteered with the Mobile Aids Support Services in Mobile, Alabama to help educate about AIDS.
After earning his medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Adeleye completed his pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital. During his time as a resident, he gained experience working in the newborn nursery, emergency department, neonatal intensive care unit and pediatric intensive care unit.
Dr. Adeleye is fluent in both English and Spanish.
